Soon I'm going to open commissions for sculpting original characters and the like. Before I do, however, I need some practice sculpting characters besides my own so I'm offering my services for FREE for a short time! I'll be open to sculpt 3(most probably) commissions free of charge.
The rules are as follows:
-first come first serve, one per person
-original characters preferred (hopefully I get a variety)
-nothing sexual please
-depending on the character I plan on doing busts only (chest and up)
All work will be done in ZBrush and I can send you the files (ztl or obj) and whatever you'd like when I'm done. Hopefully from this I can determine future pricing 'n such.
Also, I DO have access to a top-of-the-line 3D Printer. Due to costs I can't offer this service for free but can quote you if you're interested. This is a seriously great printer used to print prototypes for all sorts of popular toy lines.
I'd really like to take your favorite creations and bring them to life! Thanks.

Ninja Turtles Toys
Just a small update on me. Been pretty busy at Varner Studios sculpting lately. Some of you saw me at ComiCon and I'll be at DesignerCon this year too. As you know the new Ninja Turtles movie came out earlier this month and I had the chance to work on some of the movie toys in stores currently: namely Shredder and April. If you haven't seen them check them out here: TMNT
If you pick up a toy from McDonalds now there's also a decent probability I worked on it.
Of course those projects were about a year ago, but I'm still keeping busy and happy with many current things too. Just thought I'd let y'all know!
God bless you :)
My computer is fixed...
Psh... that was life. My friend came over and booted the computer aaaannnd it's fixed. Apparently I had already repaired it correctly but my computer didn't realize it so it didn't change the bootup protocol. Easiest fix ever.. and I was expecting the worst.

My computer is broken...
Things might be slow for a while: commissions, responses, uploads. Hopefully my good friend and IT wiz can fix it.
That is all.
Vance Kovacs Seminar!(was awesome)
Well it was amazing. I learned a lot, was absolutely stunned by the quality(and volume) of his work, and got to see some rather exclusive concept art for several movies and games some of which were never released. He was also quite an interesting guy who always makes a playlist catered to his project and loves listening to theological debates. That was interesting to me for some reason. He also stressed the importance of CREATIVITY in the art world. You must be a great artist technically but also have great ideas to be an asset.
He did a demo too in Corel Painter and the thing I believe was the most important takeaway was on color. Warms and
Livestream?!?!
I just discovered Livestream!!! Dunno what I'm doing but saw ~Luminosion (https://www.deviantart.com/luminosion) try it and got randomly inspired. Seems a lot of people on DA are using it now that I think about it...
Thought it might be a good way to socialize and connect with everyone while making arts. Also a good way to learn from you guys and answer any questions you have about anything.
I don't mind teaching anybody how to use ZBrush either. Been working as a toy sculptor lately and have learned a lot about the program from others in the studio, DVD's, Pixologic forums, and TONS of other online sources. If you have any tips, I'd also like to hear them. There's su
